<p>Google has said that it would help the European legislative elections by providing voters with high-quality information, protecting its platforms from misuse, and providing campaigns with the greatest security resources and training available.</p>
<p>Voters in all 27 of the EU’s member states will cast ballots on June 6–9 to choose MEPs, or members of the European Parliament.</p>

<p>Like any new technology, artificial intelligence (AI) has both potential and difficulties. For instance, generative AI has made it simpler than ever to produce original material, but it may also lead to concerns about the veracity of certain types of content, such as “deepfakes.”</p>
<p>Google said, “We have policies that address misinformation and disinformation in the context of AI across all of our products and services.”</p>
